Orders over £60.00 (exc.vat) qualify for FREE Mainland UK Delivery ( please choose the free delivery option at the checkout).

Orders below £60.00 (exc.vat) will be charged at  £6.00 (exc VAT) for shipping to mainland UK.

Sample Packs - Tunika salon towel sample packs will be posted via Royal Mail and the will be charged at £1.50  (postage and packing) (£1.25 + VAT)

Delivery charges to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands and Scottish Islands, will vary according to the destination and weight of the parcel.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you make the order.

For all UK orders, we aim to deliver items within 7 working days (weekends and bank holidays not included). Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are completed within the said time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the delivery time given.

A signature may be required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature may be required for orders by a person aged 18 or over. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to sign for goods delivered.

In the event of  customer absence at the time of deliver, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address, after repeated failed attempts by the courier, will incur extra postage charges.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

Delivery will be by DPD, Evri, Fedex, Royal Mail, or any other delivery system of our choice.
